C'era Una Volta - OTRANTO

This place did FRESH FISH (all types) for a fantastic price. Good wine, I couldn’t even finish my food, I feel like I am about to explode and for 4 people our bill came to about 35 euros each, fresh calamari/tuna/muscles/shrimp/clams and then 4 plates of pasta. 2 bottles of wine as well, coffee at the end and a sorbetto. Definitely worth visiting. LOOK AT THE GIANT MUSCLE

Great atmosphere, delicious food (recommend the tuna tartare). The service was really good, would definitely recommend to eat here.

Fantastic food. Beautiful place. Staff were very friendly. Much cheaper that the tourist places literally around the corner. Located in a little backstreet. Husband and wife working as the Waiting staff. Super friendly and the food was ridiculously good.

We ate at this restaurant two times. The first time we were wondering the streets of Otranto and decided to stop here for dinner. The service was great(although only one waiter knew english and the menu was in italian . The food(pepata di cozze impressed us so much that we decided to come again the next evening. On the second night we arrived at at a different time and it was busier, so we only managed to get a table inside. It was a little bit hot but the food was amazing again. We had pepata di cozze again and also a local dish(Cozze e ceci I didn't even fully know what I was ordering . All in all, this is a must go to restaurant in Otranto with great food, great atmosphere and good prices.

The restaurant is located in a quiet street in the historic centre. Nice and cozy to eat there. The food was mediocre. It wasn't bad at all but the flavours were quite bland. So I would say it's okay to eat there but don't expect fine dining.
