I ordered pizza and carbonara pasta at Hotel Charter. Plus a treat... We were not brought cutlery.... Service: Delivery Food: 4 Service: 1

We used to order a lot from here as the quality and portion was kind of stable, till yesterday when we went in the place itself as a family and the waitress said that there is only smoking area, no option for non smokers.... in 2023, in European Union... the even more sad part is that the kitchen and quick serve window is also in direct connection to the same area full of smoke. I don't think this shall be legal, on the other hand surely won't order from them onwards, way too filthy.

Acest loc a fost o adevărată descoperire pentru noi. Probabil cea mai bună pizza pe care am întâlnit-o vreodată în ultimii ani. Mâncare proaspătă, exact cum trebuie, nu prea subțire, nu prea grasă, pur și simplu perfectă! Burgerul a fost, de asemenea, foarte bun. Recomand să vizitați barul!

EDITAREA URMĂTOARE: Datorită răspunsului elegant și asumat al vostru, îmi schimb recenzia de la 3* la 5*. Mulțumesc -- Angajații aceștia...Mi-au adus un fresh CALD, într-un pahar fierbinte probabil abia scos din mașina de spălat) și apoi tot ei sunt cu gura mare în fața clientului, explicând ofuscați că așa erau fructele: calde. Nu am dat 1 stea pentru că știu că e greu cu oamenii în horeca. Dar măcar străduiți-vă un pic!
