Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oton Ka Gurha

This Chipotle location has been disappointing lately. It's unfortunate because sometimes there are great employees who make a fantastic burrito, but most of the time they are out of ingredients and lack integrity. I recommend going to Halal Guys next door instead.

This Chipotle location is seriously disappointing. If you have to warn your friends that it's hit or miss, it's clear that the reputation here is shaky. The staff are unhelpful and seem confused. When ordering online, your order is often messed up in some way, whether it's missing an item or having extra ingredients you didn't ask for in your bowl. If you want your order done right, you have to watch them make it in person. It's really a letdown, but I'm happy that Cava is now available. It offers a similar concept but with Mediterranean options that feel healthier to eat. I hope this location improves, especially in terms of cleanliness - seeing their dirty counters makes me question the quality of the food. Overall, it's hit or miss, but probably more of a miss in my opinion.
