Kinta-no-kinta - Otaru

Nice and small family owned BBQ with charcoal. They have English menu but the English wording seems wrong. However, they do have English speaking staff who can take your order in English. The food is yummy and the pork are juicy and very reasonably priced. The salad comes in a big big bowl and very fresh. Try their roasted rice ball too. Yummy. As others have said, the place does get smokey but the staff good service and the food make up for it. Highly recommended.

Very delicious food and friendly staff/owner, they open till late also have english menu! We had spencer roll and beef tongue some veg and beer cost 4000+ yen which is reasonable

Food is 5/5, the place is quite smoky because of the charcoal grills. The English menu is quite approximate. You sit on the floor at low tables which I loved, however know that if you're tall fitting cross-legged under those might be quite the challenge.
