Tgi Fridays - Oswego

I had a pickup experience with the manager, who was very friendly. The food was exactly what you would expect from a Friday's. It's a great spot nearby!

Just went there yesterday with my husband and 4 kids, had an amazing waitress and service! The food was amazing! The bacon ranch chicken sandwich was Delicious!! Only problem was my husband ordered a medium to well done steak and it was rare(nothing major). Other than that we had a great time! Will definitely be going again.

We celebrated my birthday there, and to be honest, the experience wasn’t great at first. However, the bartender/server completely salvaged the evening! I can't recall his name, but he had such a fantastic attitude. He promptly replaced one of our appetizers after a small mix-up and even treated me to a free birthday shot that was incredible (I think it was tequila with a sugar rim and lemon—it was so delicious)! I hope the bartender sees this. Thank you for making our night memorable and for the amazing drinks!

The food was served cold, but the service was excellent. The front of the house performed well, despite issues in the back.

My family went here a few weeks ago for our family date night and we had a great time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we had to wait for a seat. Apart from that, the experience and the food was great!
