The restaurant was okay, nothing exceptional, so it receives an average rating. I recommend trying the Five Cheese Cheesesteak. It was loaded with cheese, but the bun was disappointing.

If you are looking for hot food served quickly, do not come to this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes for my drinks and over an hour for my appetizer, the sampler.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for the past four weeks. Unfortunately, on three occasions, my steaks were overcooked and the burgers were extremely greasy. It is such a shame to see my favorite place in the city decline in quality. I am very disappointed.

We dined at Ruby on November 3, 2018. The service was slow, and the mashed potatoes were served in small cups with only two tablespoons for each table.
