Przekaż informację zwrotnąI asked for white bread they have me whole wheat bread and I got the Avo Turkey and I got a really bad avocado. I was very disappointed because potbelly's is usually very good and fresh. I also asked for onions and I did not get any. The Turkey also did not seem fresh it was very texture.
Lazy, disinterested employees.Ordered my sandwich with extra mayonaisse, they forgot the mayonaisse and found a HAIR in my food.DISGUSTING avoid this place.
Terrible customer service. There were 4 people in line (including myself) and 4 employees. After standing and waiting to pay for almost 10 minutes, the manager/cashier started walking off to go get chili. I spoke in a curt and gruff fashion by saying Hey, can you ring me up so I can leave? She came back and rang my order and complained that isnt the way you talk to people and that she is training all of her employees today . I informed her that that was not my problem, and she handed my change and told me to stay home and make your own sandwich next time This is not the 1st time I have received rude customer service at this location. We have used them for catering events in the past. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
Enjoy potbelly's in general but the food I bought yesterday was terrible. I got a BLTA with Mayo and extra bacon. It was flavorless and dry. The veggies tasted like nothing. More importantly I ordered The Wreck with everything on it minus onions my wife's fav sandwich. Whoever made this sandwich put an ungodly amount of giardiniera on the sandwich. My wife likes spicy food but this was like they dumped a whole of jar of the stuff on the sandwich that over powered every other flavor and it didn't even matter that she tried to scrap some off because the juice saturated everything. The spice was so intense she had stomach pain from it. I don't know what's going on at this location but it was not good.
Update: to add insult to injury, now, several days later, I have been charged for the order that I never received. No response from potbellies except for asking for more information. I don't know what more information they could need. And now I guess I will try going after DoorDash, but there's no way DoorDash would've charged me if potbellies didn't send the charge through. As a disabled person who just spent another week in the hospital, this is the last thing I need to be fighting about. Just horrible.I am so disappointed. I had ordered two sandwiches this evening since I had just gotten out of the hospital and no one felt like cooking. I ordered through DoorDash. Everything appeared to be fine with my order except maybe that it was $52 for two sandwiches, but I was willing to pay that without complaint. I waited about a half an hour and then got a message that my order has been canceled because the store was reported closed. This was after I already had a driver sitting in line, etc. about 6:20 PM when they are supposed to close at 10 PM. This is the second time this is happened to me with potbellies, and I have never had this problem with any other restaurant and or DoorDash. It's a shame because I really did enjoy the sandwiches which is the only reason it got any stars. I tried calling the store but of course, no one answers the phone. Really really really poor customer service, and order execution. And this is definitely not a happy belly! :
