Danelli's Italian And Pizzeria - Oswego

Ordered a large pizza from Danelli's for the first time on September 22nd. Got the pizza home and the crust was totally burnt and the cheese looked like the pizza had been sitting there for three or four hours, which it wasn't cause I had to wait five to ten minutes for it upon my arrival. The pizza looked like a Jack's pizza you get at Walmart in the frozen food section. I immediately called and complained about the poor quality of the pizza and told them how disappointed I was. Owner, Chris told me he would take care of it and refund the price I paid for the pizza. After a week I had to call again and ask where the refund was. He took my address and said he would take care of it and refund the pizza price. We are at October 11th and have not seen a refund. This restaurant is a one and done; I will never go back there again. Don't waste your money at this place. Very poor Job of food preparation!!

Really enjoyed our take out meal! Can't wait to return and dine in. The Lasagna and Chicken Parmigiana were wonderful!!
