Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oswego

You get what you expect for the most part getting from Chipotle. My mom wanted it and we went to this place and it was very sad and disappointing. It wasn't that busy either so I don't know why they had so many dirty tables. The guy that put together the food was nice but he threw so much salsa that it was too much to eat (my mom is Hispanic too) and the guacamole and lettuce made a big mess on the bowls before we sat down. Her carne asada was so tough and very cold she could barely eat it. Food that is supposed to be hot has to be served at above 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The meat certainly was not. Food that is kept between 40-140 degrees is in the temperature danger zone and is at risk of causing bacteria including Salmonella.Btw the chips were also stale and tasted weird compared to other Chipotle places I've eaten at.

I ordered from this place on DoorDash and they barely put any steak in the bowl. But they put lots of cheese. Always getting ripped off at chipotle restaurants unless you go in person. Totally unacceptable. This needs to change immediately and will be starting investigations at every chipotle restaurant in the area

I'm not sure what has changed, but this location has definitely improved to a five star for me.

My stomach really hurts after I eat at this place. Something definitely wrong with the food.

Worst place ever don’t even waste your money. Food is literally ice cold. I ordered a steak burrito and paid 17$ just for it taste like something out of a gas station. Then I politely went back in and ask for them to remake my food and the manger I guess had an attitude. And the streak was still cold. And it’s not the most sanitary. Seriously don’t waste your time or money.
