Cathy's Wings Pizza Too - Oswego

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. It took two hours for the pizza and wings to arrive. I understand that Fridays can be busy, but if you're so behind, you could at least suggest that picking up the food might be quicker. Instead, I was left waiting and eventually decided to cancel my order, only for the driver to show up afterward. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. The owner might want to think about hiring more delivery drivers.

Great staff and good food at great prices. Iconic restaurant in the area. Cathy's wings are the best.

One star is too generous! The first time I visited, I saw a woman chopping onions without gloves. She accidentally cut her finger and left for a moment—I assumed she’d clean up and put on a band-aid. But no, she returned, continued chopping, and even wiped her blood on the onions before tossing them in the garbage. I immediately alerted the staff, but the young girls dismissed my concern, claiming it didn't happen. I refused the order and asked for a refund (we had paid in cash). This experience was absolutely disgusting!

I’m not sure why there are complaints about this place. My friends and I ordered food and received it in just 3 hours. It actually arrived 10 minutes early, hot, and ready to eat. The garlic knots were fantastic, and the pizza was phenomenal. I just wish I lived closer so I could enjoy their pizza more often!

The food was awesome. Garlic knots were soft and I was unsure at first but they were fully cooked and we're the bomb. The pizza was hot and also rather good.
