My wife and I stayed in La Terra for 5 nights in early July 2023 and had the most wonderful experience, the location is superb, the hotel is utterly charming and our room was fabulous with an amazing balcony terrace right next to it. The breakfasts were so tasty with a great choice of excellent food and all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. Rooms: Spacious , comfortable room, air conditioned and very comfy bed..great terrace balcony and the whole hotel feels so charming and relaxing. Nearby activities: Everything in Ostuni within easy walking distance and great choice of restaurants, shops etc a few minutes away. Safety: Could not have felt safer. Walkability: Literally just yards from the centre of Ostuni, yet quiet and serene up a little side street. Food drinks: Great breakfast, with excellent choice and service at breakfast , from staff, was brilliant. Noteworthy details: Great little courtesy bus to take you to and from local bus. La Terra is a magnificent hotel right in the heart of Ostuni, old town. It is very old and has a wonderfully quirky layout. The rooms are very generous sized with magnificent 'star ' ceilings. The staff were very helpful and their recommendation for a restaurant was perfect. Also, the shuttle service to their 'off-site ' car park was brilliant they were very quick to pick us up. Magnificent hotel with both modern decoration and ancient character, located in the heart of the old town of Ostuni. Attentive service with precise advice for visiting the historic center, restaurant reservations, etc. A good breakfast, varied especially for the savory ones. Tiered terraces for peaceful relaxation.
