The dish was served with grilled lemon and potatoes, adding to the overall experience. While the pizza and other entrees were forgettable, the highlight was the breathtaking view of the sunset. The staff was friendly, but I recommend they receive additional training in service etiquette. For instance, my food was brought out before I returned to the table, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Overall, the restaurant is a nice spot for groups, but the noise level may be too much for those sensitive to sensory stimulation. Families with children who have neurodivergent conditions like autism or sensory processing disorder may find the environment overwhelming. I suggest opting for outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset with loved ones. As for me, I may not return for indoor dining until the acoustic issues are addressed.
I recently visited this restaurant for my daughter's birthday. The atmosphere was fantastic - a peaceful location with a beautiful view, especially at sunset by the Hudson River. The wine selection was impressive and the menu offered a good variety of food options, which allowed my family with different tastes to enjoy the diverse offerings. We will definitely be returning.
Chef Matias operates one of the best restaurants in Ossining and Westchester. Located in a stunning building by the Hudson River, 3 Westerly offers an interior that rivals Manhattan restaurants. The menu features innovative dishes such as beet salad, roasted Brussel sprouts, fried cauliflower, short rib, salmon, chocolate cake, and carrot cake. The prices are competitive with other local establishments and those in New York City. Don't forget to stop by Chef Tony at the wood burning stove to grab a to-go pizza for the kids and babysitter.
Lovely spot to enjoy deliciously prepared as well as presented foods while gazing upon the Hudson River. It is the perfect meet-up spot when catching the ferry to Haverstraw too. The menu here is innovatively creative and has much to offer. We enjoyed a fresh beet salad topped with crisp arugula greens. Additionally, the Mussels were plentiful as well as savory. Highly recommend this waterside eatery.
Truly fits the Hudson perfectly! Finally had the opportunity to sit outside on the back patio and had a wonderful sunset dinner. For an appetizer we had the oysters which were fair in size and very tasty. The crispy rice tuna tartare was a bit on the hard side but still very flavorful and of course the truffle fries were right on point. Also enjoyed the waygu tartare roll. Highly recommend coming here in the colder months as well, the indoor seating is comfy and perfect for a late night dinner and drink!
