Shater's Abbas Restaurant - Osprey

I understand some decent restaurants are struggling to survive financially but it’s unethical to misrepresent and lie to customers to save money. On Uber eat page they represent the “1 skew kebab” coming with rice. We ordered a few times and each time it came with side rice. Today, maybe bc it was one portion and very small order, they only delivered 1 skew kebab in a large tray. looking so flimsy and messy. I called and explained how I always get rice with the order for the same price. The girl on the phone said I don’t know how you used to get rice. I told her even the picture on Uber website shows the full meal, can you ask someone who knows better than you? She put me on hold without even letting me know, she came back and said manager is busy, UNBELIEVABLE!! When I insisted to talk to the manager another guy picked up and said contact Uber and get refund. It’s unbelievable how they don’t respect your time and not even apologizing. This was my last time ordering from them when I have at least 4 other options in the same plaza

Asked for knives, never brought to table, barbecued beef was served on cold freezing bread, I asked for tea and was brought to table after I paid the bill and was leaving the resturant. This resturant is more suited for the food court at the malls.

Pickup some green stew ghormeh Sabzi) , Soltani kebab, Vaziri kebab and Ash reshteh green vegetables soup). Beginning with the Ash reshteh: was test so bad with the uncooked greens, Green stew was so old that smells refrigerator also I saw they were warming the sterw in microwave. Chicken kebab Vaziri) had some chicken skin on meat. Soltani kebab was so chewy no good test. honestly this place is scam with the low quality food and expensive price.

We had great ash reshteh and kabab, with great complementary bread and herbs/cheese as appetizer. Platter number 2 with 4 skewers of meat and chicken kabab was more than enough for two adults and two kids. The place is authentic and not too fancy, which is the type of Persian restaurant I like the most.

Shatter Abbas is a Iranian restaurant with some brunches in Canada. Shater means Baker in Faris. This restaurant serves Persian cuisines such as Cholo kebab and other iranian food. Although because of lack of Iranian spice the food has not completely its original taste, It is delicious!
