Chef Rolf's New Florida Kitchen

No indoor dining. Seating is only poolside, drinks are served in plastic cups. This is not communicated anywhere on the website or when booking reservations. We have dined at the previous location in Sarasota. The new location does not provide accommodations one would expect based on the caliber of the menu. We left and went to Mattison’s 41 for dinner.

I was a little concerned after reading some reviews but we went with friends who had dined here before. I’m so glad we went! Every one in our group of four enjoyed our meals. Two of us had the triple tail special and the other two had other fish dishes from the menu. The sides and appetizers we chose (grouper ceviche, Buffalo cauliflower, sautéed spinach) were delicious. We really enjoyed LuRae as our waitress and seeing Chef Rolf working in the kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Would have done worse if possible. Extremely rude to our table for no reason. They do not like use of open table. Avoid at all costs

Dining at Chef Rolf's restaurant was was a pleasant experience. Service was good and at a comfortable pace to enjoy an evening out with live music in the background. The setting along side the pool was perfect but will look forward to the new indoor/outdoor restaurant in a few month time.

We left without dining!!!!! THE ONLY SERVICE AVAILABLE WAS OUTSIDE ALONG SIDE THE POOL. The Valentine special menu was not that appealing and pricey. Not the place for a nice quiet special dinner.
