Pizza 97A - Osoyoos

Went on vacation in Osoyoos this year again. Generally don't order in, but on this night decided to try a local pizza place. The pizza was absolutely the best thin crust I have tasted. The owner who had placed my order had ordered the wrong veggie pizza. When I called to tell them the owner immediately apologized. He then made the correct pizza and delivered it himself and again apologized for his mistake. Amazing customer service. Would recommend to anyone travelling through Osoyoos.

Every trip to Osoyoos includes a meal from Pizza 97A. Make sure you get the bread sticks as well. All of the pizzas are terrific. Mostly a take out place, but there are a few tables inside and some outdoor seating during to use during the warmer months.

This pizza place is conveniently located across the street from where we stayed, the Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn.

I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup was told it would be about 30 minutes. Arrived to pickup they had no order for me and the person working at the front had no idea what to do and was arguing with me that I didn't order at this location. I showed him my phone and he said I didn't take that order. I clearly had proof that it was ordered and they did not agree or even try to make it right for us. He didn't even give us a option and started yelling and arguing with us. We asked to speak to the manager and they stated "it is busy what do you us to do". What type of service is this, we came out of town and this is the service we get. A customer walking out stated don't even bother the pizza is terrible anyways. Sucks to say I won't be back but what terrible customer service.
