Boston Pizza - Osoyoos

I know it’s franchise, but sometimes the smaller town franchises aren’t as committed to the gluten free process, but they did a fantastic job. Super accommodating for take out and dining in. One of the better Boston Pizza experiences that we’ve had.

I ordered the beet and goat salad with grilled chicken at Boston Pizza in Osoyoos. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the grilled chicken was missing. This was very disappointing as I had driven for hours without any other dining options. I had to wait until the next morning to be reimbursed for the missing item. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience and can only give them 1 star. However, after returning to the restaurant and informing them of the mistake, they made it right by providing me with the missing chicken. The staff and manager were very honorable and provided great service. Thank you, Boston Pizza in Osoyoos!

We had a great lunch today at Boston Pizza. Staff was very professional and friendly right from the reception desk. The menu selection is great. I try something new almost every time and I have never been disappointed. Ed was our server and he was excellent; he asked the right questions and made great recommendations, thank you.

I drove my grandma home from Vancouver and wanted an easy, tasty dinner, so I used the Boston Pizza app to order 2 pizzas and a double order of honey garlic wings. Everything arrived hot and looked good, but we had a slight issue with the wings. I called the restaurant and spoke with Ed, the manager. Despite being busy on a Saturday night, Ed was extremely polite and helpful. He offered to send us a replacement double pack of wings, veggie sticks, and dip. My mom called Ed the next day and the replacement order arrived shortly after. We were very pleased with Ed and the team at Boston Pizza Osoyoos. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service. Thank you, Ed and the Boston Pizza team!
