Mcdonald’s - Osny

20 minutes to be served after an order at the terminal while the restaurant was far from complete: 4 busy tables and 3 cars at the drive. Staff busy preparing the evening service but not available for customers

I was the first to write a review about this restaurant when it opened in December 2019. I see that this has unfortunately not improved and as a result, here is a new opinion on Mc Donald's restaurant 's not like the others following my visit on Saturday 26/08. I was with friends taking a dessert. My friends had ordered because I arrived late (yes I know... . So I settled in the restaurant and then decided to order an ice cream. I went to the counter because the terminals weren't working. And I fell on the director of the restaurant, which is obviously still not friendly. She asked me what I was doing here and how I got home because the restaurant was closed (there was a computer breakdown apparently. I explained I was with my friends sitting a few meters away and I wanted an ice cream. She refused to use me on a not very courteous tone. I went back to the disappointed table and it's my friend up to order after a few exchanges with a manager. And miracle, she had my ice because the person took a deported crate. When you want, you can! And then we could pay after, we were about ten, we weren't going to run away. The Director and a part of the team set up outside to smoke in front of the main entrance (this is not top . In addition to not being friendly with its customers, it was in townwear... it doesn't make the restaurant manager at all without a means of identifying the customers. New deplorable experience, I went to the drive and ordered a menu mc first to beef, a big mac and two cheese.
