Lovely fish and chips and a friendly lady serving and cooking.

Great Fish and Chips! Tough to park and a little bit of a wait but very much worth it! To be fair my wait was due to a large order in front of me and the Fish and Chips were cooked to order and seriously fresh!

Tonight's experience was fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, wrapped in the crispiest batter, and the chips were piping hot and cooked in proper beef dripping. It was just amazing! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the extra touch of warmth in their service. The value for money was exceptional. I felt like I was transported back in time, enjoying every moment of my meal, which brought back memories from 45 years ago. I can't wait to find an excuse to return!

After a long morning trek on the moors, a take-away lunch from the shop was spot on! The fish was full and flakey, really fresh! Pam, behind the counter, was really lovely to chat with and made me aware of scraps (we don't get these sown south), and I'm now always on the search for them! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had fish and chips for my tea, and the fish was fantastic—fresh and cooked to perfection. The chips were also excellent. The staff was very friendly and prepared everything to order. There's a small area in the shop for pick-up orders.
