Evita Espressobar - Oslo

Great food with vegan/gluten free options. Staff is so incredibly kind. Service was quick and the music choices are great.

Best coffee in Oslo! I spent a week in Oslo and visited many different coffeeshops and cafes throughout the trip, and Evita's coffee stood out among the rest. Delicious and dark, I had the espresso, the drip coffee, and their latte with oat milk, which were all fantastic. I also got a delicious house-made vegan chocolate cookie, which was rich and fresh. Amazing and friendly staff as well, a great ambiance inside, and a great patio for people watching. Wish I could go here every morning!

I have walked past this place several time, but never dropped by for å coffee. Since this was a sunny day I took one of the tables outside, big mistake. It took several minutes before the staff bother to clean the table, remember that you have to pay and get your beverage at the counter. Inside it looked alright, clean and neat. I have tasted better coffee and please don't serve coffee in milk glasses. I ordered a medium size coffee and got a large glass. One positive thing is that you get a lot of coffee for reasonable price. On their homepage they say that Ethnical people use the coffee place as a social meeting place and unity. Just a shame that it seems that most of the people around the place seems to be on welfare! I had two beggars coming up to the table asking for money. Not the first think you want to hear when drinking a cup of coffee. My recommendation, if the sun is shining then take your coffee another place or sit inside.

I will be coming back everyday for breakfast! They make their pastries etc fresh every morning the GF chia seed pudding is a major swoon! Not everything was labeled, and some Gf items were next to gluten items so if you have celiac, be aware of what you order. Staff was so kind and helpful, she listed the ingredients of the Chia seed pudding for me and again, it was spectacular. I highly recommend, even with Celiac Update: the Pink Latte is out of this world

Cosy cafe with a lot of vegan/raw/gluten-free options. I’ve had a delicious raw-cake and great coffee there.
