Arrived to pick up my online order around 1:20pm and it?s due by 1:30pm. I know I?m early and wait patiently. One of the workers (name is Sherry I believe) was rude as she told me your sandwich isn?t made yet as it?s not 1:30pm and her whole demeanor wasrude even though she was nice to the man in front of me. I?ve never had a good experience at this subway.
Upon entering, it's immediately clear that their priority is to craft the perfect sandwich tailored to your preferences.
There were 4 people working at the store, and only 1 making a sandwich. Said sandwich was not for any of the 4 customers standing in line. We all stood there and watched the one worker make the online order while the other 3 just wandered around,seemingly busy with other things. After a few minutes of this, I left. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I can't judge thequality of their food since I didn't get any.
Please encourage your staff to be more generous with the ingredients. I shouldn't have to continually ask for extra, as it seems they only want to add a few pinches of each component.
