St.Louis Bar and Grill - Oshawa

This is my second experience at this location and what I can tell you is.... the food is by no means up to standard with the other locations, the owner is cheap and unreasonable, and the portions and toppings are chinsy. Luckily there is another location in Oshawa, do yourself a favour and visit the North Oshawa one instead.

I have given these guys too many chances. I can say for certain I won't be back. Hubby went for drinks with buddies and when they were done he ordered take out for us. Nothing hard two orders of boneless wings and poutine and 1 side of fries. We do not live far away but when hubby got home the food was ice cold. And I am not exgarating ot should have been at least war but nope. Makes me think it sat in the back for awhile. Hubby says it took 40 minutes. Really isn't that difficult to do. And if I am lucky there may have been 10 French fries that is a measly order.

The worst service I've ever had! Took 10 minutes to get our drink order taken another 35 minutes for our wings to come out and our second batch another 30 minutes!! Ridiculous!

We are regulars here and have supported the site through the transition of owners. The wait staff is always very friendly and helpful and the food is good. Today we went and we wanted to sit on the patio and after we were seated, we were told that we needed to move inside because it might rain. We ended up going back home and ordering elsewhere and sitting on our deck as we wanted to be outdoors. Was disappointing, but not the end of the world.

I ordered a chicken wrap, but received a bun instead. The waitress claimed she was too busy to inform me that they were out of wraps. My husband requested more napkins for his wings, but they arrived late. The waitress was busy training another staff member and did not ask her to bring the napkins. The sweet potato fries were cold and the bun was burnt. Though it seemed pointless to complain, as customers we share our dining experiences with friends and family.
