Tippy Canoes - Osceola

The food was delicious, though it was a bit noisy. The service was excellent.

Our food wasn't very warm; the corn was cold. Our waitress was wonderful, but she had too many tables to attend to. The music was too loud for conversation at the dinner table. I don't think we will return for a meal when there's music playing.

The ribs were incredibly tender and delicious, literally falling off the bone, and the BBQ sauce had a flavor reminiscent of honey BBQ sauce. The breading on the cheese curds was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall, everyone enjoyed the meal and the service. We never felt rushed, even as a party of seven.

The place is very nice looking and the staff was very helpful. The waitress did come back to make sure we were happy. We had a party of eight with 3 kids. I and my daughter had the cowboy burger. I asked for medium rare and she asked for medium. They came back well done so they were dry. The onion rings are battered, which I like, but they were very greasy and had so much salt that they were tough to eat.

We arrived before busy hours, with less than 8 customers. There were a lot of employees more interested in talking to each other than serving guests. It took our burger 35 minutes when very few people were being served. I ordered, and paid extra for, sweet potato fries. They arrived burnt and cold. I asked for new fries and the server informed me they always look like that but she would give it a try. A few minutes later, here she comes with hot not burnt fries. Imagine that. We would not go back!
