Dairy Queen - Osceola

Service was polite and friendly. And as always it's good to get treats.

Horrible establishment, my kids always get kids meals and we get the coupon for later, well all of a sudden a kid working there decided my kids can no longer redeem for a chocolate dipped kids cone they said it has to be plain cone, well never in my lifehas this happened we always get dipped cones, we will NEVER goto Osceola Dairy Queen again, St. Croix is worth the drive. I willbe calling Upper management

We ordered 2 of the cheeseburger $7 lunch specials for supper. The cheeseburger tasted like an old rubber tire and was tough like rubber. The fries were cold. The sundae and drink were the only part of the meal that were any good. The one who checked meout was friendly though.

My wife and I just moved to Osceola this last month and this location is really close to us. 3 out of 3 times that we have gotten chicken strips here they have given us terrible stomach aches. Maybe not quite food poisoning, but definitely at least a not doing anything for the rest of the day type scenario while you are locked in the restroom lol. One of these 3 times thechicken was cold. We had hoped each of the first times that it was just a fluke, but we will definitely not be back. Please stopserving your customers food that will make them sick Their ice cream was usually ok (when the softserve machine was working),probably the only redeeming quality aside from the convenient location. The intersection here though is god awful, please bewarethe drivers crossing left and right from the drive-through exit if you visit, they will not see you and tend not to stop at thesign Overall, pretty disappointing even for a DQ. St Croix is the next closest and we haven't had an issue there, though thedrive through there goes right up to the road by the store, so it can be a pain to get in line if they are busy lol

Twice now in the last month I've stopped here for ice cream, i mean it is an ice cream shop..... yet BOTH times they have had NO chocolate soft serve ice cream. How does an ice cream chain like DQ NOT have chocolate ice cream when ice cream is what they areknown for??? Also, this time the lobby was closed so drive thru was the only option. Just a real disappointment.
