The place is good with nice interior and view if you're seated near the windows. You can see the Osaka station trains and tracks. Why two stars? Basically they have this rule to wear a mask and plastic gloves when you get food. Most buffets and hotels are doing these too. BUT this restaurant is not strict enough to their rules. I saw people taking food without gloves and a person without a mask. Staffs even saw that man but didn't even say anything. One man can be the cause of all illness especially during COVID times.
The manager/clerk man at the front is clueless. We arrived 11:30 and asked to make reservation for 12:30. We were told it is fine. Returned at 12:30 and told to get in line and wait with a ticket. The staff lady who took the reservation was gone. Not recommended for foreigners.
The restaurant offers a variety of delicious food and drinks. If you are lucky, you can see the tables at Osaka Train Station.
