Zaxby's - Osage Beach

It's a Zaxby's, and I found it to be clean and well-kept with friendly staff. The food took a bit of time to arrive, which actually worked out well for us because it gave us a chance to chat. However, for some, the wait might feel a bit lengthy. Overall, I definitely recommend eating here; the food is quite good!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and it’s very clean and well-maintained. We ordered the 10-piece chicken strips for $9.99 and two small sides of coleslaw for $0.99 each. The portion sizes were generous for the price. The menu didn’t provide a smaller option for the chicken strips, and we opted out of fries and bread. It could be nice if the menu included a 4- or 6-piece option for the strips. While the food was decent, it wasn’t exceptional. However, I would definitely return to try new items. The service was super fast, and the food was freshly cooked. The staff was friendly, though the prices are a bit on the high side; I would appreciate more affordable options.

Fun, goofy atmosphere. Great chicken. But above all the toast. The toast is literally the only best food I've ever eaten. 4/5 causing the soda machine was made of ice and about 5 ways of soda

Wasn't busy when we arrived just coming from a long drive up. The food was hot and the staff was friendly and patient since it was our first time there. The chicken fingers were really good, wouldn't reccomend the wings if your a big wing eater (they just taste like cafeteria chicken wings).

I truly wish someone would open a Zaxby's in St. Louis! Our experience was particularly enjoyable because, despite a few mistakes with our order, the staff was incredibly accommodating and fixed everything for us at no extra charge. They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference.
