Steak 'n Shake - Osage Beach

We were on 5. July 2018 at 12 noon in this restaurant. The place was full and we were still impressed. We sat at the counter, so we were able to see the rides through the grill and in the cash register. Two individuals stand out. The manager, Terry, was very quiet and collected. He was fast, efficient and never seemed upset. He cooked burgers, plated orders, took money, sat customers, etc. He's never been loud or he seemed happy. Very good managerial skills. A waitress, Brenda, was also very efficient. She really seemed to know how to do everything. Every time she came by, she asked if we needed something. She also remained very quiet and collected. The line to be set was all the time when we were there, out of the door, but these two stayed when they moved and seemed never fluffed or overwhelmed. Well done. Stop the good work.

There was a waiting line when we arrived there, but it wasn't too long and we sat and the service was fast.

Seevice was very fast....and food was excellent... I never had bad service or anything on this. Job well done!!

We've never been to a Steak and Shake before, based in this experience, we will now search for locations to eat when we are in the mood for an awesome burger! Server was very friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
