Bob's Barbecue - Osage Beach

I just enjoyed some smoked wings on the terrace at Lake of the Ozarks. I absolutely love this place! Pam is amazing! Be sure to stop by for a drink next time you’re in the area!

I took two bites of the worst beef brisket sandwich I've ever had. It was dry and completely flavorless, as if it had been refrigerated for days before being reheated. I tried to mask the taste with BBQ sauce, but it didn't make a difference. I ended up returning it for a different sandwich, the pulled pork, which was actually good. There are definitely better BBQ restaurants in the area.

I was a bit disappointed with my recent visit. Now, customers have to stand at the deli counter and place their orders, which has a rather limited selection. While the view of the lake is still fantastic, the place no longer feels like a proper restaurant; it’s more akin to an indoor picnic area.
