Shameful treatment!! On the evening of December 31st, they sent away 6 people who had already booked months before, saying that they only accept reservations via WhatsApp and this thing had not been told to us at all, in addition to the fact that the number shown is a fixed number! Disappointment

Despite having called in November and then in December to make a reservation, tonight 31 December at 7pm they informed us that the reservation had not been made as I had called the landline number and had not sent a message on WhatsApp (which had not been reported to me during the various calls). I would also like to underline the absence of a mobile number on their website and on their social channels but only the presence of a landline.
