Ron's Drive Inn - Oroville

Had a tire that went flat pulled into the parking lot when they approached. These guys came to help us, and when they were informed, we had a 3 hour drive ahead, they quickly changed from a replacement to get us a new tire. Great customer service, these guys rock!!

I scheduled an oil change for my husband's truck by calling ahead. We dropped the truck off in the morning and requested a call when the work was finished. Later, we received a call informing us that the oil change was complete, but they discovered an issue with the steering and axle that needed to be addressed before we could pick up the truck. They provided a reasonable quote, carried out the repairs, and let us know we could pick up the truck at the end of the day. We've always received excellent service at Big O when taking our vehicles there.

I rarely come across a place that stands out, but this restaurant was truly a dream. The service here was exceptional, with staff who greeted us with genuine smiles. I spent the entire day enjoying the atmosphere, and the hospitality was top-notch. It's hard to beat the value they offer. By the end of my visit, it was clear that they have set the bar high for all other establishments like it. I will definitely choose this place again on my future travels.

Head to stop in for an emergency flat repair on the company work truck. The tire was not repairable with a sidewall cut. They were able to replace the tire in a timely matter and give me back on the road.
