Saffron Indian Bistro - Oro Valley

None of the dishes had a creamy vegan base and that was quite disappointing. I just feel like I didn't have any of the items we got really loved and probably wouldn't go back. I think there are more vegan Indian options when indian rotation. updated by previous review on 2022-02-18

We tried different dishes and two appetizers. the wobbly bajhi was amazing. saag was great. everything we tried was great! service was also great.

This place serves some of the best Indian foods I had in my food, in super large portions! very fresh and tasty. I also loved the saffron-infused rice.

Would give saffron a 5 stars if I could, but because it is not completely vegan the app does not allow me. we ordered from here twice and both times the food was excellent. the menu has many vegan options that are clearly marked, which is very appreciated. my man and I agree that this is some of the best Indian food we had and we have eaten a lot of Indian food. it is fresh and beautifully seasoned. we both look forward to being able to visit this place personally as soon as the dinge become better. thanks saffron!

I come here often. There are significant vegan options on the menu. There's also a lunch buffet all you can eat for $12. Check out the Chana masala!
