All of my orders were accurate and the service was just as quick as inside the restaurant. My family and I consistently have a positive experience here.
I have consistently encountered mistakes with my orders at this restaurant. Despite my efforts to speak with the manager about the issue, I have not received a callback. When I called again, I was told the manager was busy and then abruptly hung up on. Not only were my orders incorrect, but my Teriyaki chicken was burnt on both occasions.
I used to frequent this restaurant, but I now remember why I stopped coming. Firstly, the food here is no longer the same - the taste does not match the portion sizes. The management and customer service are both terrible and very unprofessional. I ordered a small order of shrimp and asked if they could fill the container. I was informed that if they were to add more shrimp, they would have to charge me for another container because it was not the norm. When I questioned why, as the container was not even full with just 2 pieces of shrimp, the manager told me that a small order only comes with 7 pieces. If anyone were to give me more, they would likely be fired, which is why they don't work there anymore. I found it interesting because I have always ordered the same dish from here, with a prior crew, without any issue. The menu and website do not mention anything about a 7 piece limit under the shrimp category - it only lists small, medium, and large sizes. Instead of providing good customer service and understanding my perspective, they chose to argue and dismiss my concerns.
Eat well. However, expect shrinkage of the plates. Pay more for less. It is necessary to tell customers that they have substituted almonds for walnuts. Don't tell the customer they saw the difference.
When I came home, one of my entrees was not there. When he was excited again, the management was rude. I drove a distance to receive my missing duck on the Mother's Day. I think I should be offered a free soda or entree because my food was very cold and the distance I traveled from Orakel location to the north of Magee Rd and the intermediate state along with the waste of my gas. I thought mgmt was very rude to me. All food meals should be checked first before customers pay for their food to ensure that all the products they pay for their dinner.
