Bad management handling situations Do Not order off Google menu, you’ll pay double!I ordered for take out using Google search and placed my order based on the menu that is posted on the side. Ordered pancakes supreme with extra egg. When I picked up my order I was charged doubled the price; when I inquired about my ticket they explained the breakdown, I showed her the menu from their business off Google and they called a “manager” that could care less, saying that that’s not their menu and she can’t change it. And showed not empathy said to the cashier “that’s her bill” and walked away.

The food and the service were very good. the restaurant has a steady customer flow. fortunately we didn't have to wait for us to sit.

Service is always top notch! Their chicken fried steak is excellent!

We were seated quickly. We ordered an omelet, breakfast tacos and Eggs Benedict. All elected for hash browns. We watched as our plates were completed and sat at the window for our server to deliver them. Our server was busy chatting away with others while our food continued to sit. We didn’t see any warmers in the window and realized our food was get getting cold as it sat. Our server finally brought over two of our meals, but we didn’t have any silverware so requested it from her. A short time later she returned with the third plate and then gave us our silverware. My first bite was cold. No surprise. All of our hash browns were also no longer warm. Only the ham in the eggs Benedict was warm. The centers of the omlet and the breakfast tacos were lukewarm. Everything else was cold. It was unfortunate. The food was actually tasty, but breakfast is best served hot, not cold. As a former server, I know the number one rule is get the food out while it is hot! If the prepared food was placed on warm plates or put under a warmer while waiting for pickup, it might help overcome the uninterested servers.
