Arby's - Oro Valley

The order was right and the food was nice and hot... But the people who worked the Drive-Dru window had very bad customer service. The girl answered, I'm just a person when my husband said hello to the speaker. When we got our food, there was no thanks or a great day.... Just give us the food and close the window.

3 for 7 French was pure bliss. They are usually like 7 pieces. And we never eat here because they are too expensive. It's 12 bucks for a meal. I could cook my own steak for it, but I like the selling price.

I love Arby's food! My favourite is the French diving sandwich curly pommes, delicious! A very clean place. Good service!

Took a long time for my food . they offered either my money back or 2 free meals the next time I come in ..which I should've taken but im a nice guy .I just said ill take a frie ..because I had ordered two sandwiches and a beverage ..they gave me a large curly frie .

We went through and just a car in front of us. The order was executed as a curious and helpful employee. Our order came in time with a helpful employee. Ordering consists of 1 order of 2 Bratbeaf Sandwiches, 2nd order 1 Bratbeef Sandwich and 1 fish sandwich and 1 large Sprite. This was the timely, most curious and helpful experience we had experienced in a long time. Food and drink were delicious. We will definitely stop in this Arby's. Total order was $13.03.
