Called about PABA tablets (which is awesome! , she said she had 2 bottles. I drove only about 16 miles, and she DID HAVE IT!!! How about that!!? Never have shopped there and am used to Sprouts, Natural Grocers, out west, and I thought this store looked good plus an Independent. It was right before closing so I 'm not sure how busy it gets earlier, and there was no other customers there. I got the PABA, paid, and left...and it was a good experience. Often, you get what you give...good vibes outward=good vibes inward (most of the time ...yet sometimes someone is going through something and an experience is not-so-super, yet still okay. In observing, usually there can be 'signs ' if someone is off....however...this is an opportunity...to share your Light. Even planting a 'seed ' of goodness can offer a rise in harmony...even if it 's in a 'grain size! ' Yes, Peggy 's was good for my experience. I hope yours will be, and I hope we can all expand our good vibrations!

To be fair, we weren't there for supplements and thus can't review them. What we can't get over are how many items don't have a price tag, and the amount of expired food on the shelves. It's October, and we found products with expiration dates as far back as May 2020. There aren't many snacks at all in the store this should be very easy for the employees to see and take care of.

I actually really do like this place. Go to the restaurant portion. It’s a little pricey on some things. However, the meals are very big! I ordered a veggie pinini and there was so many veggies in it! This place is a great way to spend your money which I would say pretty healthy!

I have been going here for years and every time myself and my family well taken care of. Food here is amazing and prices are lower than other places to get supplements. But today, today I was helped by the owner and I am extremely greatful for her today! Her knowledge is amazing! She is a very wise woman and I felt comfortable telling her what I was dealing with.
