The staff doesn't care. The restaurant was not properly maintained. Food was good

Visited in October 2023: We have been getting takeout from this location for a while, and today, we decided to dine in. They seemed understaffed as there were a few customers stading around waiting for food after ordering. Our combo meals were good, no complaints....But, their women's washroom is discussing. Both toilets were dirty, and I gagged so badly...didn't use the washroom...

Speechless. I ordered a son of a baconator plain and a baconator with lettuce, tomatoes onions and pickles. I came to the window paid and when I checked the food after, which I find I always have to do at any wendys, the burgers both had no bacon. On top of that, the one I asked for lettuce and such on, had no sauce. When I went into the store to ask for a burger with bacon on it, I was told that they were out of bacon and would have to make more. I wasnt the first person this had happened to either apparently, while i was waiting for my food to be made a customer eating told me his burger had come with no bacon and he recieved the same response. He also told me that multiple customers had come from the driver through before me saying that there burger had no bacon. This was at 6pm on a Sunday. The one nice thing was that one worker give me chicken tenders while I waited, besides that there were two employees just standing there doing nothing(one of which gave me the tenders). I waited 30 minutes in the drive through and 20 inside. I should've asked for a refund.
