Little Caesars Pizza - Orleans

While waiting, I observed the manager eating, and then he went back to handling cash without washing his hands. Eventually, I was able to pick up my order, but the same manager casually glanced back at the pickup area to see my order still sitting there with two abandoned broth sticks. When I inquired about the delay, the manager simply suggested that if I arrived on time, my food would have been ready, making it clear it was not his fault. I was left with the option of waiting or leaving without my food. I expressed my frustration, noting that my order was passed over for another customer and that they had messed up my order. I didn’t want to keep my family waiting, so I was forced to wait until 6:30 to finally get my meal, leading to a total cooking wait time of nearly an hour. The service was rude and the environment was not clean. I saw direct hand contact with food after handling cash, which raised concerns about health and safety practices. I would not be surprised if the Canadian Food Inspection Agency paid them a visit soon. At this rate, I doubt this place will remain open for much longer.

The service was lacking today. It took 25 minutes to receive my large pepperoni pizza, and I had to remind the person at the counter about my order twice. It appeared that everyone else, including those using SkipTheDishes, was experiencing the same delays.

Last night, I ordered a pizza and ended up waiting nearly two hours for it. This place is like Orlean's largest circus, run by clueless kids. The night manager they had on duty was friendly and knew our orders and names, plus she was great with the children. She managed to keep things moving and ensured that everyone was eating on time. The girl serving our table was the best. Overall, I think it might be best for this place to just close its doors, as it left my wife and me quite disappointed.

They do not have an order in front of the phone start, then quote them 10 minutes and make them wait 20-30. after waiting that long you think it would at least be cooked, all away, but no center is consistently undercooked and even only pfefferoni collapses it in a chaos they can eat?t with the hands. pizza? You can't eat with your hands. Come on, make it better.
