Broadway Grill Orleans

I ordered scrambled eggs with sauce on the side, but instead received scrambled eggs with no sauce. This is the third time this has happened and despite asking nicely, there are still no improvements. My son is disappointed that his favorite spot keeps making mistakes. It's frustrating that they can't follow simple instructions. Please do better next time. It's not a difficult request to follow.

I did not give a star to this restaurant because our server, JD, was excellent. He always had a smile on his face and took good care of us. However, our host seemed like she did not want to be there. When we arrived and told her we were a party of six, she hastily pulled some tables together to accommodate us. Unfortunately, some of the keys and stabilizers fell off the makeshift table, and despite our efforts to fix it, the staff did not bother to help. We politely asked them to clean the tables, especially because we had a baby and two young children with us, but the effort put in was minimal, with one table barely being wiped down. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also lacking, with menus having food stains on them and a hair being found in the Nutella sauce we ordered for our pancakes. Overall, our dining experience was just okay and we do not plan on returning, even if the meal was complimentary.

I have dined at this restaurant many times and my favorite dish has always been the fries - perfectly crispy and golden brown every time. I have always been satisfied with everything on their menu. This time, we tried the ultimate steak sandwich and the Nashville chicken sandwich. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and my son's Nashville chicken sandwich was also excellent. The service was also very good. Thank you.

It was a beautiful evening, 11:10. I ordered a 1 i 2 sausages with white brot and fryed. but if I tell you, the sausages made me crazy! I can't even tell you how good they were. that the people who have taken my orders even said that they are falling, I agree. brings me back to a time when I was with ma boy. Food was good but served way too hot! The skillet breakfast I ordered was so hot the potatoes burnt my mouth. I was only able to take two bites before it became too much and have spent the rest of the day unable to eat, drink or talk without pain. I feel bad writing a low review because the food is tasty here and but I feel like my meal today was served at a dangerous level of hot and you need to hear about it so it doesn't happen in the future... even when I was packing up my meal to go the food was burning hot and that's not ok
