La Chancellerie - Orléans

Despite a decoration that begins to need a coup de neuf it is always very pleasant to come to eat in this brewery. We took 2 Chancellery menus in flat and dessert. Saumon gravelax very successful and St jacque tartar really excellent. Then a dorade net with a crushed potatoes. The fish is very good, the crushed would have deserved a little more seasoning and to be warmer. For dessert a very good iced nougat and a pear poached with chocolate and its vanilla ice. Too bad that having ordered desserts at the beginning of the meal that the pear is very cold, the chocolate would have deserved to be warmer and a little more corsé. The vanilla ice is excellent little sweet and full of flavor. A pleasant meal without real defects.

We were welcomed without reservation, top service with servers listening. Concerning not flat we were delighted, duck magret very well cooked and for accompaniment nothing to say. We recommend.

Correct, first-class restaurant. But the plates remain simple... for the price. I'm not talking about servers that I'm cruelly lacking in professionalism. The values of the services must be reviewed.
