The Palm Orlando

The server did not know the wine list and made me literally point out the wine I ordered. Our medium “well” came “medium rare” it was brought back but the gnocchi was cold By then…she didn’t even notice or offer to change or heat it. The gnocchi tasted like boxes gnocchi…it was thick and pasty. The ambiance is great but overall the eating experience was downright bad!

Great as always. my steak was medium rare instead of medium, but I didn't complain. I was impressed that our waiter picked up the mistake, but I said it was okay.

We had an outstanding meal mostly due to the fact that Gabe was our waiter! What a treat it was to have him he was an excellent waiter and had a wonderful personality he made our night!!!

I have been to a couple different Palms and usually have a good meal. This was my first visit to the Orlando Palm and everything was excellent.. Made reservations on open table for party of 6 at 7:15. Greeted warmly at the desk. Table was ready early. We went to bar before we sat as we waited on two of our party. Excellent service at the bar as we waited. We were sat immediately as the other two arrived. Paul provided superior service from start to finish. He also provided the Most complete, entertaining and educational menu over view our group had ever experienced. Everyone at our table opted to go Italian and everyone raved about their meals. Clam linguini and veal Parmesan were superb. Will go to the Palm again next time I am in Orlando. Highly recommended.

Best chicken parm I've ever had. Always excellent service from staff and management.
