Two or four sets of silverware were dirty. Three of four appetizer plates placed onto the table still had food stuck to them. I also did not get credit for my open table reservation which was honored, I learned this through the email from open table which I needed to reply to.

10$ all you can eat appetizers? Well you can't eat too many! They take forever to come out. Some of our order never came out. 45 minutes and we were all still hungry. Never again. Our waitress was great though.

Good location, good food. service ok, but what can you expect from a chain restaurant.

Server was so rude that we never ordered dinner. told them that we were going and their answer was “ok”. no manager in himself.

Bad from the start two managers doing nothing with one lady running her but off.
