Taco Bell - Orlando

I would not recommend this restaurant. I did not receive my card back after paying for my food. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, instead of checking their employees to ensure my card was not stolen, they became defensive.

My wife loved the Taco salad. The customer service was excellent. We appreciated the friendly and professional demeanor of our server.

I ordered the Beefy Melt burrito from this restaurant, but when I received it, it had tomatoes and onions inside, which I did not like. The tomatoes were particularly unsatisfactory. Additionally, when I attempted to unwrap the burrito, the tortilla was completely stuck to the wrapping paper and ended up tearing apart, making a mess in my hands. I was in the car at the time, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I would have liked to receive a refund for this unpleasant experience.

I wouldn't write any criticism. However, we have been here several times (latest night-eaters simply happen) and I would say about the half of the time we had an ok to sub par experience. a good part of the time, we had either a problem with our ordering or, above all, we are ready to find out that they are closed without explanation, even if they should be open, according to their hours. I usually just think whatever, well I just go home. tonight, 2/13/22, we move up and want only two small elements from the menu....we are literally told on the thru running gear that they DON’T have any food left. What is that anyway? I'm so disgusting about this place I can't even treat. change their hours or get them workers who do their jobs. extremely disappointing.
