Here at my family a Guy name Mario he will explain to us the menu, you can order different pages at no extra cost and the drinks as well as you can also change the lemonades that do not offer replenishment they even give us to go. For a family of 5 we pay $123 tax we include wings and motzarella sticks for appetizer. We have a great experience. See you soon and 5 stars for Mario
Ordered by Google's ActiveMenus, which was super simple and fast. The burgers were great, Pommes could have been hotter. Will definitely go back!
The burgers are good, but a little expensive. I usually don't think about a burger and pommes as something worth $12-14, but maybe that's just me. The service was great and I think more restaurants should copy the efficiency of Red Robin. It seems so simple and yet so functional. The person who took our order placed it on their mobile device that they immediately went to the kitchen where they were able to make the process of making our meal. Our food was faster than I would usually experience in some fast food restaurants today. I love the unlimited Pommes and we decided to get another basket for each of us and it was brought to us within a minute to ask him. It was by far the most efficient way I've ever seen a restaurant run, at least here in us. I have seen super efficient low-person restaurants in Japan that even shame Red Robin's efficiency, but it was a breath of fresh air to have such a well-organized business.
We are long time fans of Red Robin’s. We didn’t think the wait would be too bad for a weekday (Tuesday night). We waited 40 mins because they were short staffed (only one server that night). Jessica, our server, was kind, friendly, and attentive. She brought out refills of the bottomless fries and macaroni cheese for the kids quickly which was helpful. We felt we had plenty of food and they continued to check on us and keep our glasses full. We know because of COVID staffing has been rough everywhere so we were wanting to give them grace anyway but they really did a great job making us feel welcome.
