Primo - Orlando

The food was somewhat disappointing, but it wasn't awful.

Primo is as good as it gets. Amazing food, beautiful restaurant, professional service. A true pleasure.

The food preparation was disappointing at this restaurant. While the concept was promising, it fell short in the kitchen. The mushroom pizza was too greasy, the bolognese lacked flavor, and both dishes were not served hot enough. Despite the potential, the execution did not live up to expectations.

Too loud, too bright. Really, really miss the previous Primo and its outstanding menu and ambiance. We were disappointed in this refurbished version; too touristy, limited menu variety. Great service however (our waiter has been here 13 years and he misses the previous one as well). Third time sadly will be our last. Time to try the other restaurants in this lovely resort. Always a great place for a convention.

Waiter was knowledgeable of dishes and unilaterally went to a lobby bar to get my choice of beverage.
