Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Orlando

I have several locations, including 10 minutes before, and the lobby is back closed 3 different paintings, including today that I decided to go thru running gear thru and waited 9 minutes no one answered the intercom for my ordering all the people before their eating got and ordered thru the intercom I think they decided that they had enough work for the day. I hate to make complain but after several bad experiences I will never drive

First time trying Popeye's and wow. The chicken, sides and sauce selection absolutely dominate that of KFC. The tenders here are great and it is a cost effective meal.

Waited 45 mins in the drive they (couldn't leave because we were boxed in) as soon as we could we left! The place is opened but I guess they only had 1 worker! This place is a joke!

Bad customer service and very rude I asked if they got my mashed potato's and. They lady said u can check with an attitude.food was ok.

Chicken was amazing and the meal was very cheap but the service was slow despite not many customers being in the store. Could see the chicken piled up on the hot plates but not being given out. Might be a staffing issue and not enough employees bagging up the product. 30 minute wait at a fast food restaurant is a joke!
