Pizza Hut - Orlando

Normally I have no problems with any pizza hat location, but here after the online order went to get no problems with online order, but once in the load itself, it looks underused what is good, but my pizzas I ordered looked underused and almost not edible. (see photos) very disappointed at this place.

I had used the app to order pizza, well I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and I had asked for no onions, had the app told me that banana peppers come on the pizza I would have asked for no banana peppers well because i am allergic. The app needs to have all the ingredients on the app so we can take away what we dont eat.

Nothing. When I took my pizza home and opened the box it was not a pan pizza and it was over cooked. I called the store to report that it was not what I had ordered. The woman on the phone asked if I wanted to re-order; I said yes. I asked if I should return it and as told to keep it. I asked if the re-order would be ready in 15-20 minutes and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I returned to the store to pick up the re-order and was told they did not have it. Another woman came out and wanted to know where the old pizza was; I said it was at home. She said I had to return the old one. I was not going to make a third trip to the store for my pizza and told her to cancel the order. She said that was fine. I have been eating your pizzas for over 50 years, but will never eat another one. When I returned home we still wanted to eat pizza while watching the football game so we tried eating some of it. It was terrible. Today I will return the uneaten half of pizza so they can see what they gave me.

Service is normally good. Deliveries are done within reasonable time and food arrives hot. Lemon pepper wings are tasty. Quality of pizzas are consistent.
