I love dining in at Pizza Hut the pizza was great and the service was great it was a little spendy for two large specialty pizzas drinks, breads sticks it was about $80

Susan is who served us and I can see others who are mentioning her in their comments. We were there probably an hour and seen some of what they are talking about as well. She is a bit rough around the edges for sure, but she means well. She does ask where you are from, but not in a malicious demeaning way. She 's a Floridian and I think genuinely just curious and a different era than she grew up in. People 's feeling just get hurt too easily (again.. my opinion). I think there definitely needed to be 1 other person there for service as it did get a bit full between delivery services, walk ups, and dine ins. 1 family did leave not very happy because they weren 't waited on quick enough, and another she told them they couldn 't dine in with a to go order.. which is understandable but they weren 't happy either. All in all this place does need an upgrade for our even changing expectations of people in general... but with Susan there you better believe customers are kept in line with Pizza Huts guidelines.

I usually come to this pizza hut for my personal pan. I've walked in and called in. They're always friendly and never had an issue. Tonight I wanted to try the honey hot. Deep dish please. Ordered online. When I went in it was busy. Gentlemen who helped was fast and friendly and whoever made this pizza kuddos. Perfect portion from sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Deep was dishing definitely. Good job on a Saturday busy night

Pizza was lovely but the place is run appallingly. Toilets dirty and we watched at least 2 families walk out of the restaurant unhappy.
