Moe's Southwest Grill - Orlando

Service is always fast and friendly. The food is excellent. A good reward program. December 2018 We were here a few days ago and everything was good. The women worked friendly and served good food. Today we showed up early. To begin, they opened 10 minutes too late. Then they were set up for the day. The food was made fine and tasted good, but it wasn't hot at all. The working guys seemed a bit out that there were customers. They were congenial and only one worked at the counter while the other walked the restaurant that was ready for the day. I'm expecting Moe's. June, 2019 We came back here and I was kind of happy. We were welcomed when we entered and were waited in time. I have a taco trio with every steak, chicken carnitas. I ordered her and she made her perfect. In the register, the working guy tried to precariously balance her on a chip basket. One of them typed over and most when it fell on the counter. He cleaned the counter and asked me if I wanted it to be refilled when it seemed like it tipped over. He seemed like he had migrated from another room and discovered it. He went to my request and refilled my taco. The chicken and the carnitas were very tasty, but the steak was a bit bland. The other person with me got a burrito and it was good. Things used to be so much better here, but at least the food is still good.

We expected Moe's to offer just chips and salsa, but instead, we encountered a lively and rowdy crowd. However, the service was impressively quick, taking only about 20 seconds.

I recently took a drive to Central Florida and stopped at Moe's near the Lake Buena Vista exit off I-4. It was around noon on 6/30, and due to Covid-19, the restaurant wasn't very busy, so I was able to dine indoors. A friendly young man provided great service and ensured that my custom burrito was made to my specifications. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the green and red salsas. I highly recommend making a stop there!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! It offered great value for the quality of food. I tried their salad for the first time, which you get to customize in a line, much like at a subway station. Weeks later, I still remember how good it was. I don't usually eat a lot, but I will definitely return. The staff was wonderful, too!

Joined the loyalty program and got a free burrito just for surviving to see yet another anniversary of my day of birth! What more could any ask? I really like the way their program works. I also like the way they prepare the food in front of you. My favorite Mexican food establishment! If you haven't tried them you should!!
