Mcdonald's - Orlando

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The service was extremely slow, even by fast-food standards, and the staff appeared unhelpful. I've had much better experiences at other McDonald's locations, and I won't be coming back to this one.

I don't understand how you can be so slow after 2 AM! I waited almost 30 minutes without anyone saying a word! There wasn't even anyone in the drive-thru. There's no reason for it to be this slow at this time of morning! Service: 1

On the positive side, the atmosphere was pleasant, earning a 4 out of 5, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. Overall, if you’re looking for great breakfast food at a budget-friendly price, this spot is worth a visit, just manage your expectations with the service.

Horrible service went thru the drive through and was rushed by the drive thru employee exact words were hurry up while we are trying to figure out what we wanted then when asked who is she talking to she said your mama extremely rude!!! When confronted all employees came out of the back and threated our lives saying we are in the wrong side of town where not know where we are from!! I expect some type of phone call from the office upper management for some type of consequences for the employees involved in the situation!!

The cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets at McDonald's were of good quality. However, the Grimace shake was disappointing; it was overly sweet and had a syrupy grape flavor that I didn't enjoy at all.
