Mcdonald's - Orlando

This McDonald?s is really good, Shery the manager and her team was really good, great customer service, good quality food I have no complaints at all, I am very happy with this McDonald?s and the restaurant really clean. I will recommend this restaurant 100% . I went with my whole family Amd had a great time?

They have remodeled the place. I liked the 50s style of the old place. The food is good and hot. Will be back soon.

My granddaughter loves this place but the playground is closed.

So I have allergies to pickles, I ordered #9 no pickles, paper on burger said no pickles driving down the road eating, ate pickles, mouth tingling reaction started turned around went to CVS to by Benadryl, called Mc Donald 's Asst manager Kim was pleasantly calm even though I was upset. Offered to refund my money for the order and Benadryl.. Went back to the restaurant, Took food back refund refused by store manager Blonka I think that 's her name. She was no even concerned that they could 've seriously hurt me. I wasn 't looking to sue or make huge issue of it. She told Kim to not refund my money so I left with itchy skin, irritated mouth and no refund of any kind. Officially done with McDonald 's, How is the store manager less skilled in customer service than her employee. An apology and a refund would have been a simple solution.
