The McDonald's at the mco airport this evening at terminal A had a very rude young lady cashier who was going to ring our order and asked if we were ready, but as we were speaking she turned and called for the next costumer because we took 3 seconds toconfirm our order with each other. The next cashier stepped over to help us shortly after, but the first woman wasunprofessional and left me with a negative impression.
Date: October 14, 2022 I visited this McDonald's location on the third floor at Orlando International Airport (MCO) at 9223 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard, Orlando, Florida this morning. I have been giving this location my business frequently lately. However,this morning I encountered an issue with the McDonald's app not working properly. The acting Manager on duty this morning,Horaine (might be misspelled) stated to me on the morning of October 11, 2022, that should the app encounter issues, that therestaurant can still honor the deal, as long as I show that I'm an active app User. However, this morning the app wasencountering the same issue. I addressed the issue again with Horaine, but he refused to give me the Deal that I proved to himvia the app, which was not loading the QR Code. Rather than be professional and remedy the situation, Horaine threatened tocall the police, simply for me stating what he told me two days prior about honoring app deals when the app wouldn't workproperly. This type of mistreatment should be grounds for immediate termination. These restaurant owners are allowing theiremployees to abuse and mistreat Customers, while they profit to the extreme.
Five stars because I have no complaints against the restaurant itself. I ordered online because the line had like 20 people. I chose McDonald's because most food at the airport is not worth the price IMO and not much better quality than McDonald's. Mybreakfast sandwich/mcgriddle was tasty and hot and took about 4 minutes to get after ordering. The open tables in the food courtwere dirty and sticky, but that's not McDonald's fault.
This McDonalds has horrible service. Automated KIOSK order system, and the employees refuse to assist. Food took very long to ve prepared. Pricing more expensive than regular McDonald's With no value menu.
