How to get here, but recently they gave 1 or 2 sweet sour sauce for 20 nuggets and I order happy meals nuggets and they act as they give me sauce from the house to be cheap...lol u work ther, what really know u diving 3 or sometimes sauce I have left 10 nuggets still too dio so stop to be cheap

I ordered online 3 times here All my orders are not correct This last order I ordered a happy meal for my grandson with extra frits only got the ones that come with him no extra frits, then I ordered a big frit for me and all frits was cold and hard. It took only a minute to reach the hotel and they were ready not hot. You, where cold and hard no salt. It was ppl in the drive thru before me and they told them to park and they would bring out there freshly ordered. I will never order there again 3 times not good business terrible

I work near this location frequent often enough to see the change in service. I have always experienced hot fresh food and friendly service. I don 't know if today was an off day, its Monday and rainy. Who knows. But service was horrible. I ordered two beverages and some food. I asked for a cup holder, I was told yea. not greeted with Good Morning, or a hello. My food sat while the other lady was running around to and fro. The rude lady kept telling her, hot cakes are ready and she didn 't bring them until literally 5 mins. later. It got to the point where the people behind were yelling out of their window, Come on, I have to go to work!! They were working on the machine and trying to get some bag affixed properly. I totally understand, you all need working machines, but it shouldn 't take both of them to fix. A friendly Good Morning , or even a give us one second, keep in mind, I wasn 't waiting for a drink, I was waiting for my food) would have been aligned to the service that I usually receive. I get that McDonald 's isn 't Chic Fila, but this service was subpar. I would have given one star, but my prior experience s) raised it to two. Management please do better!
